SWANSEA Figure Skating Association is in need of VOLUNTEER!!
In order to run our program, we need a volunteer or two!
Jobs needing volunteers are listed below:
- Registration and Banking
- Updating the website
Job Details
Registration:
This volunteer job is mostly front forward, we need someone to manage the registration process for the start-up of the season, managing payments & and the number of registered spots per hour (20 spots per hour) & keep track of a wait list if needed.

Banking:
This volunteer will help with the registration process managing payments to each participant that would like to be registered.
Also, to by-weekly pay coaches for the coaching.
Please let us know if you’re interested in volunteering, our program won’t be able to run without your help!!
As a THANK-YOU the person that Volunteers for the REGISTRATION & BANKING position will have their CHILD (1) FEES WAVED for the 2023/2024 session!!!

Skating classes are canceled on January 8, 2023 due to coaches illness.
Classes resume on Sunday, January 8, 2023
Sunday, January 8th will be the first day back after the holidays.

We are getting close to our start date and I should be sending out the latest confirmations tonight.
Please check your SPAM folder if you do not see a confirmation in your inbox by tomorrow morning. Several people have reported our emails ending up there.

All confirmations for registrations have been sent. If you have registered but have not received a confirmation, please check your spam box for emails from ‘swanseafigureskating@gmail.com’. I suspect there may be several people who are in this situation.
If you received your registration confirmation and made your payment, you should have also received a final email to acknowledge your payment.
Finally, if you haven’t registered yet, there are still some spots for all time slots.
